These and a number of other large-scale military projects, at some stage, were combined into an unparalleled superprogram, code-named "United Perspective 2010" (under the name of the document developed by the Committee of Chiefs of Staff).

What is this Perspective? One, why? Yes, world domination.

2010 ... This figure is not accidental.

This moment coincides in time with the achievement by Russia of the lowest state of the nuclear shield.

Old missiles were thrown under the knife, in accordance with the arms reduction treaties, or, due to the complete expiration of the operational life, but new ones, in sufficient quantities, were not yet managed to be made, because they were not in a hurry to make it.

That insignificant amount of Topol-M with one warhead, which is being produced at the Votkinsk plant with such leisurely speed, will not be able to protect us from the threat.

And what scenario is America preparing - like the Yugoslavian or something completely different?

Now this idea has ceased to be relevant, since there are no more grandmothers and the world is not the same.

Firstly, today no one dares to touch us with a finger, because, if anything, we can, in a couple of hours, turn any continent into a scorched desert. And tomorrow - well, it’s tomorrow.

Secondly, after all, the results of this war, if, nevertheless, it ever happens, will not fundamentally differ from the results obtained by America using other methods - the same poverty and vegetation, dependence and hopelessness.

And, thirdly, this war, God forbid, will apparently be very intense, short (much shorter than Yugoslav, the terms of which were dictated by the test program for new weapons and the necessary air raid by pilots of the Air Force), but not relatively bloody.

True, the entire industry will be destroyed, there will be no light and heat (but, these are trifles, we will not get used to it), and it will not end in our favor.

Well, here, I'm sorry, but how would you like?

So, why is our nuclear power melting like spring snow?

The notorious nuclear parity, which, in accordance with all the reduction treaties, should we have maintained, with mutual reductions?

And why the war itself, who needs us?

I can answer the last question right away. We are for nobody. Now about parity.

RISKING TO STRESS NUMBERS

If several missiles, nevertheless, succeed in taking off, they, on take-off, will be destroyed by unmanned robotic planes soaring in dozens at 20 km altitude, in the areas of deployment of missile regiments and looking for easy prey - large powder barrels of accelerating Topol.

There will be nothing to bring down these airplanes - the air defense is destroyed, and just missiles will not be enough to hit these little ones.

In addition to them, our missiles will be waiting for airborne cruise and conventional air-based missiles, guided by satellites and AWACS.

Can it erupt?

A rocket that has burst into space will be awaited by a flock of satellites - fighters of ballistic warheads.

Yesterday they brushed it off like nonsense. Yes, this was nonsense, with the massive launch of hundreds of missiles with a huge number of false targets.

Tomorrow it will be a real defense. Even if this milestone is reached, the warhead will be destroyed by land and sea-based missile defense missiles.

What has changed?

The global deterrence system - the system of guaranteed destruction by a massive nuclear strike - has been destroyed.

The next point of destabilization is the deployment by the Americans of short- and medium-range missiles in Europe, with a short flight time.

And an agreement was concluded on these missiles for their mutual destruction. But it could be carried out only under the unconditional observance of the ABM treaty.

But, if the United States is deploying its NMD, we should have kept as many near- and medium-range missiles as possible as one of the responses to missile defense and threaten with a guaranteed strike at Europe, moreover, an unprotected missile defense, and not reduce them.

Nuclear deterrence and nuclear parity are completely different concepts.

It was nuclear parity that devastated the USSR.

Now it’s obvious that we didn’t need 10,000 warheads. We needed 500 warheads with a 100% guarantee of their delivery to the target.

And it doesn’t matter how many warheads America has - 10 thousand or 100 thousand.

We needed a stable system of guaranteed mutual destruction.

For us, the deadly threat is not the NMD, as such, but the collapse of the global deterrence system as a whole.

It was she who persistently destroyed the United States and will soon be finally destroyed.

The most severe blow to the destabilization of this system will be dealt by the deployment of one hundred thousand cruise missiles.

What is their feature?

Firstly, not nuclear charges on most cruise missiles. These means destroy air defense systems and the most important strategic objects.

Perhaps this is a kind of psychological defense mechanism.

Surprisingly, in the late sixties (the construction of a nuclear missile shield was completed), when the likelihood of a nuclear war was already negligible, many people continued to fear the war.

And now, when it is obvious that the nuclear shield will turn to dust in 6-8 years, when America’s desire to dominate the world is evident, when the limited resources of the Earth are proved and thirty years ago it was calculated how much these resources are enough, the possibility of aggression against Russia most Russians consider it impossible, to the extent that there is nothing to discuss here.

Where does this confidence come from that America can fully achieve its goals using already proven methods and Russian manual power?

Where is the conviction that we have already been sold and nothing can be done?

What is it - complete surrender, a sense of one's own powerlessness and lack of will?

Indifference to their own fate and the fate of their children? Or frivolity?

Or, on the contrary, confidence in the prospects of a quick revival of the nuclear missile shield, in the possibility of an endless extension of the resource of old missiles, warheads and submarines?

Could there be a conviction of the kindness, humanity, democracy of America, in relation to other nations?
